Daylight savings bu-bye!

Yesssssh! Daylight savings is officially over. It means we have more playtime which if you think about it doesn't make a lick of sense as we have less daylight during autumn/winter period. Anyway I am a night owl so I don’t really mind having more night time.

Nite taught me a really nifty way to remember whether the clock is turn back or forward. Simply remember ‘Spring forward, Fall back’. This means Spring/Summer we will forward our time by one hour which means I am 3 hours away from all my friends. During autumn/winter we will wind back the clock by 1 hour thus only 2 hours away from all my friends. All the more reason to this!

This also means I need to stock up on Vit D again as less daylight means lack of Vit D. I actually had Vit D deficiency in winter which tells you how much I've taken the tropical sunshine in hometown for granted. If you want to know what Vit D taste like, well...... it taste exactly like Vit C..hahahaha! We bought the gummy version so that it’s sweet and chewy though Aunty frowns on it. Said it’s unhealthy. I reckon a lit bit of unhealthiness in the a fairly healthy life is alright. Probably explains why I am the fattest at home.

Until the next daylight savings...let me just soak up the night!
